I started my career in Real Estate over 10 years ago helping buyers & sellers achieve their goals in home ownership with a focus on working with investors. I transitioned my career to Property Management 7 years ago managing large portfolios of luxury apartment complexes throughout RI & MA. My passion has been to assist Real Estate Investors in building and maintaining a portfolio of profitable properties.

Director of Operations
Stephen Smith manages the team at Capital Leasing and Management. He has over 16 years of experience owning and managing residential rental properties throughout Rhode Island. He also purchases and sells properties after completing extensive superior renovations. His expertise is in construction and multifamily management.
Stephen is passionate about creating quality safe rental units for all tenants. He has experience with low-income subsidized housing and market rate units. He meticulously maintains each property. Stephen is known for his attention to detail and does not cut corners. He addresses tenant concerns or issues head-on and in a timely manner.
Stephen is a lifelong Rhode Island resident and an enthusiast of real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate sales agent and contractor for the state of Rhode Island.
